Shipping Information

We typically ship orders within one business day of receipt of payment, Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.  Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday.  

All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation and tracking numbers.  Shipping updates and delivery notifications are emailed to the email address provided with the order.  Delivery dates for First Class, Priority, and Express shipments are set by the carrier and are NOT guaranteed.  Shipping charges are non refundable.

Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Options:
        - FREE SHIPPING: USPS Standard Shipping (approximately 6-10 business days). No minimum purchase required! Tracking and delivery confirmation is inclusive.
        - PRIORITY: USPS Priority Shipping (approximately 2-3 business days). Tracking and delivery confirmation is inclusive.
        - EXPRESS: USPS Express Shipping (approximately 1-3 business days). Tracking and delivery confirmation is inclusive.
       *Express details: Order must be placed by 12pm Eastern Time for orders to typically be delivered next day, depending on destination. While it is not usual, some rural and outer-laying regions may take up to 3 days for delivery.   

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Options:

        - DHL Worldwide Express (approximately 1-4 business days). Tracking and delivery confirmation is inclusive.
 

Please note that all international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.


SpicyIce cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from SpicyIce, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SpicyIce. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
