Shipping Information & Policies

Once we receive your order and payment is verified, we immediately begin processing your order for shipping. Over weekends and holidays, your order may be processed, but shipping will occur at the next business day. Purchases made after 12 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped out on Monday.

Domestic (US) Shipping Rates & Delivery Options:

- Standard Shipping (Under $50):  $5.95

FREE SHIPPING (Over $50):  (approximately 6-10 business days). 

- FedEx:  (approximately 2-3 business days).  

Delivery dates for all shipments are set by the carrier and are NOT guaranteed.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please make sure you have listed your complete and correct shipping address before submitting your payment.  We ship orders to the address provided to us.  We are not responsible for deliveries where an old, incomplete, or inaccurate address is provided to us and are unable to refund or replace items where the address provided to us is an old, incomplete, or inaccurate.  If you are paying through Paypal, be sure that you have updated your shipping address.  Orders shipped via Fedex and returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or abandoned (never picked up from FedEx location) are refunded minus a $25 return shipping fee.  This fee is charged to us by the carrier. 

Signature Options

All domestic shipping services have a signature option.   Customers concerned about lost or stolen deliveries should choose a shipping option that requires a signature.  We are not responsible for shipments lost or stolen once they have been delivered to your location.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Options:

- Standard International DDU (approximately 7-15 business days).  

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.  We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by SpicyIce. SpicyIce has no control over what local governments charge, and does not collect this money.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
