Returns | How it works.
We accept returns for unused and unworn items within 14 days of the order date for a refund or store credit for all qualifying orders. Return requests must be made through our online returns portal.
Returns
- All returns must be unused, unworn and brand new condition. All returns are inspected and returns that have signs of wear, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and odors (cologne,perfume,smoke, etc.) do not qualify and will not be accepted.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee for items returned for store credit.
- Shipping & insurance fees are not refundable. We do not provide shipping labels at this time.
- If you want to a different size or style, we offer a one time exchange for store credit to be used on a new order for the size or style that you desire. Store credit gift cards are non refundable once issued.
- Refunds are issued to the payment method used. If a gift card is used and a refund is requested, the refund is returned to the gift card.
- Once a return is approved, customers have 30 days from the order date to send back their purchase. After 30 days, the return will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 days to process your return.

Order Cancellations
When we receive an order, we begin processing that order immediately, as we always wish to provide a positive customer experience by our speed and efficiency. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our return policy once your order has been delivered to you.
