Returns | How it works.

We accept returns for items unused and unworn, and in their original packaging within 14 days of the order date.  Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a SpicyIce gift card.  We do not provide cash refunds.  Returns must be created through our online returns portal here:  https://spicyice.com/a/return

Returns

• All returns must be unused, unworn, in it's original packaging, and in brand new condition .  All returns are inspected and returns that have signs of wear, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and odors (cologne,perfume,smoke, etc.) do not qualify and will not be accepted.  
  
• Shipping & insurance fees are not refundable. We do not provide shipping labels at this time.
  
• Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 business days to process your return.
• We reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

When we receive an order, we begin processing that order immediately, as we always wish to provide a positive customer experience by our speed and efficiency.  While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our return policy once your order has been delivered to you.
