What is SpicyIce?

SpicyIce is an online retailer with the latest trends and designs of men's jewelry. Because we don't operate any traditional brick and mortar stores, we are able to keep our overhead low and pass the savings on to our customers.

Do you offer phone support?

We don't currently offer phone support. We do get one or two requests a month for phone support, but when we ship over a thousand packages a month, we just don't feel the costs of offering phone support (it's very expensive) makes sense just to handle a couple calls a month. Having this extra feature would ultimately mean raising our prices, and it just doesn't make business sense.
We’re happy to answer your questions through email or through facebook messenger. We do understand this is not the preferred way of receiving support for some, but we have not yet encountered an issue that we could not resolve with a customer via email.

What is your jewelry made of?

Most of our jewelry is made from 316L Grade Stainless Steel. We also have designs made from brass.

Will your Jewelry tarnish, or turn color?

Most of our plated jewelry is plated with a process called PVD plating. PVD plating provides a stronger, more durable finish that is resistant to fading. With proper care and regular cleaning, PVD plated jewelry can last for years under normal conditions.

Is there anything that can damage the finish of my jewelry?

Perfumes, creams, lotions, and makeup all contain substances than can affect plated jewelry. Do not wear your plated jewelry while swimming. Chlorine and salt water can damage the plating. Avoid wearing plated jewelry while sweating. Sweat can be acidic and can damage the finish of your jewelry.

How do I clean my jewelry?

For plated jewelry, we recommend using a soft dry cloth to wipe your jewelry clean after every use.

I don't see the size I want. Can you make it for me?

Unfortunately, we only offer the sizes listed on the website. We don't offer custom sizes at this time.

Can you create a custom design?

At this time, we do not offer custom design service.

Unfortunately, we only offer the sizes listed on the website. We don't offer custom sizes at this time.

Can you engrave?

We do not offer engraving at this time.

Why was my order canceled?

Occasionally, our system will automatically cancel orders that have a high risk profile. Our system looks at a number of factors when evaluating the risk of an order. The primary reasons that orders get canceled are the delivery address is different from billing address, and the billing address provided is different from address on file with your banking institution. Any charges associated with orders that are suspected of being fraudulent will immediately be voided. If your order is mistakenly canceled, we recommend reordering with billing and shipping information that matches the information your banking instution has on file.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

We start processing your order as soon as you click “Place Order”. Shipping times vary depending on the service you select. First class shipping can take 6-10 days while Priority and Express options take from 1-3 days depending on the selection. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Can I cancel my order?

We start processing your order as soon as you click “Place Order”. It may be possible to cancel your order within the first hour or so after the order is placed, but once it moves to the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
