How Does the Replacement Program Work?

For qualifying purchases after 7/1/22, if your jewelry become damaged for any reason at all, you may request a one-time replacement by submitting a request via the link above. If you lose your jewelry, you may also submit a request for replacement using this same process.

Proof of purchase may be required to make a Replacement Request. You may also be required to provide photographs of the damage to your item.

A processing fee of $19.95 is required for all replacements, and applies to each Lost or Broken Replacement.

What Items Does the Program Cover?

For products that are sold to the original purchaser with Lost & Broken protection after 7/1/22, The SPCY Lost & Broken Program covers damage to jewelry purchased from   This Replacement program also covers lost jewelry. 

What Items Are Not Covered By The Program?

This Replacement Program does not cover lost or broken watches, lost or broken solid gold pieces, lost or broken sale items or items marked as clearance, or final sale, or discounted at 50% or more, and further does not cover apparel, accessories, mystery items, or free products received through promotional activity (such as free gift with purchase, or buy one get one free promotions). Items purchased from re-sellers or unauthorized retailers are not covered by the Replacement Program. This Replacement Program does not cover any damage or loss of any jewelry purchased before 7/1/22.   The Lost & Broken Replacement program does not cover products provided to you as replacement products for other products deemed to be replaceable per the terms of this program.  For the avoidance of doubt, this means that if you purchase a SPCY product, and that product is covered by this Lost & Broken Protection Program and is therefore replaced with another product by SPCY, the replacement product is not covered under this Replacement Program or any other program, whether implied or express.
